This two-day course provides students with the information to find out how to discover the information you need to make a highest and best use decision, utilizing the three approaches to value, through its relationship with market analysis. This class provides students with theory and practical, real world problems to solve. This is an Appraisal Institute class. A financial calculator is required for this course; the HP-12C is recommended. Note: Cellular phones, tablets, iPads, and other devices that connect to the Internet are NOT permitted during the exam.
