This two-day course provides students with the tools needed to make a highest and best use decision, utilizing the three approaches to value, through its relationship with market analysis. This class provides students with theory and practical, real-world problems to solve. This is an Appraisal Institute class. A financial calculator is required for this course; the HP-12C is recommended. Note: Cellular phones, tablets, iPads, and other devices that connect to the Internet are NOT permitted during the exam.
