Residential Report Writing & Case Studies

Descrip:
This course focuses on writing exercises to assist the appraiser in producing a credible, well-written appraisal report. Grammar rules and writing techniques are emphasized through case studies and writing assignments to form appraisal reports. Learn how to explain valuation procedures and conclusions to the intended users of the report. This is an Appraisal Institute class. A financial calculator is required for this course; the HP-12C is recommended. Note: Cellular phones, tablets, iPads, and other devices that connect to the Internet are NOT permitted during the exam.
