HP12C Appraisal Applications

Descrip:
This course assumes the student has NO experience with the HP-12C financial calculator. This course is highly recommended for any student that is seeking their Appraisal license, Certified Residential or Certified General credentials. In this course, you will explore the various functions of the HP-12C that include: simple and combined arithmetic functions; chain calculations and prefix keys; data storage registers and percentage problems; time value of money functions; net present value and internal rate of return; and statistical calculations. This course is intended to provide a comfort level for using the HP-12C in common calculations and in your everyday appraisal business. This course is recommended as a prerequisite for all of the level: 200, 300 and 400 series courses. The HP-12C is the financial calculator regarded as the state of the art in the industry and proficiency is each studentís responsibility.
