This two-day course focuses on appraisal techniques to help you solve complex residential appraisal assignments. We will explore how to derive and support adjustments through advanced case studies. This is an Appraisal Institute class. A financial calculator is required for this course; the HP-12C is recommended. Note: Cellular phones, tablets, iPads, and other devices that connect to the Internet are NOT permitted during the exam.
Pre-requisites:
101, 102, 103, 201, 202, 203, 204, 501 & 502; Suggested: Course 29 HP-12C
