Descrip:
This course (101P) is a modified version of the Basic Appraisal Principles course 101 and intended for those students that are seeking an Ad Valorem Personal Property Designation. This is a three-day class. This does not qualify for the Basic Appraisal Principles Course 101 with the Division of Real Estate. If you are considering an appraisal license, you should start your career with course 101.
This three-day introductory course (101P) will focus on personal property concepts and characteristics, legal considerations, real vs. personal property, and basic definitions and concepts that relate to personal property. This course is the first course, in a series of courses, that is required to achieve the Ad Valorem Personal Property Auditor designation with the USTC.
