Course 304

Title:

Advanced Residential Report Writing Part 2

Descrip:
As the second part of a two-course program, this course focuses on refining your writing skills for appraisal practice. You'll review key grammar and writing style principles relevant to appraisers, critique anonymous writing samples from peers, and complete eight individual writing assignments based on sections of a narrative appraisal report for the case study property you analyzed in Part 1.
