Residential Report Writing a Guide to General Purpose Form

Descrip:
This Residential Appraisal Report writing course provides an introduction to appraisal report writing, specifically using a General Purpose Appraisal Report (GPAR) form. This course is intended primarily for students that are new to the appraisal profession with limited exposure and experience in appraisal report writing. The course provides a box-by-box breakdown of the GPAR form with context and examples for each section of the GPAR report. In addition, minimum USPAP reporting requirements are reviewed to assist with compliance. Students that are writing their demonstration reports or those individuals that are new to writing appraisal reports for property tax appeals would be ideal candidates for this course.
Pre-requisites:
101, 102, 103 & 104 (minimum credential required = Appraiser Trainee)
