This two-day course is the first part of a two-course series designed to enhance your ability to tackle complex residential appraisal assignments. Through advanced case studies, you'll learn how to derive and support adjustments using effective appraisal techniques. This is an Appraisal Institute class. A financial calculator is required for this course; the HP-12C is recommended. Note: Cellular phones, tablets, iPads, and other devices that connect to the Internet are NOT permitted during the exam.
